How to Get Started with Parent Plan

Stay organised, stay informed, and make school life simpler!

Step 1: Download The App

Step 2: Sign Up & Connect Your Email

  1. Create an account and link your email – Parent Plan currently supports Google, Outlook, and Hotmail.

  2. Add your children and their schools to personalise updates. You can even add a profile picture or avatar!

  3. Set Up Monitored Email Addresses - Enter the email addresses used by your school to send newsletters and updates. The easiest way is to check your inbox, find a school email, and copy-paste the sender’s address. For each child, you can add up to five email addresses, such as school reception, Scopay, or classroom updates.

Once done, Parent Plan automatically organises your emails and pulls out key details.

Note that it may take up to one hour before your summary and key dates are generated.

Step 3: Navigate the App

Parent Plan is divided into four tabs at the bottom of the app, making it easy to stay organised:

Home – Your Daily Overview

  • View key dates for the next 7 days at the top of the screen.

  • Get notifications and reminders for upcoming deadlines, trips, payments, and events.

  • Use the Child Filter to switch between updates for each child.

  • Tap unread summaries to open and review details.

Key Dates – Plan Ahead with Ease

  • See all upcoming events, deadlines, and reminders in one place.

  • Use the filter option to sort dates by how far ahead they are, making planning easier.

Summary – Read Only What Matters

  • Parent Plan condenses school emails and newsletters into short, structured summaries.

  • Each child has their own collapsible section, so you only see what's relevant to them.

  • A General School Updates section covers announcements that apply to all students.

More – Manage Your Account & Contact Us

  • Update your account details and children’s profiles in the More section.

  • Got any questions or comments? Send us an email directly from the app by tapping Contact Us in the More section or send an email by clicking below
